My favorite time of the photography year is here: fall mini sessions!
I love working with this family, and especially for their fall minis. They always have the best outfits, and their little girls are so cute and so cooperative. I mean, how can you resist curly hair and a joyful face, and a little dumpling with a big smile and blue eyes?? It's not often you get kiddos at these ages who will sit and actually smile and pose for the camera without having to chase them down (trust me, my kids are close to these ages, so I know!). This has got to be one of my favorite sessions I've ever done, and the kids did so well and had so many cute shots, that I couldn't help but throw in a few extra images.

This was my second time photographing this family, and they were just as wonderful this time as they were last time. Their kiddos are polite, sweet, happy, well-behaved and absolutely beautiful...every single one of them...and you can tell this is a family full of love and kindness. This was my last mini session for the year, and they did a fantastic job. It was such a terrific note to end the mini sessions on. I hope to work with this wonderful family again!
Meeting new families is one of the greatest perks of my photography career. I find it interesting to see how different each session can be solely because each family is so different in their own beautiful way. Thanks to a referral, I was able to work with this gorgeous family. They are just the sweetest. There was pretty serious mean mugging going on from the little one, but her mom said "That's okay, I like that you can see her real personality in the photos." I LOVE that she wanted her kiddos to look like themselves in their photos! I totally understand that it's probably pretty intimidating as a child to have a strange adult with a big lens in your face! This family did amazing, and I loved working with them!
